High-quality Speedplay Zero pedal with Cr-Mo axle and 0-15° free float. The Speedplay Zero Pedal System introduces a new concept in pedal design that allows you to choose either a fixed position or up to 15 degrees of float. Zero pedals maintain the traditional feel of a fixed system while incorporating all the well-known advantages of Speedplay X Pedal Systems. Dual-sided Zero pedals offer light weight, easy engagement and disengagement, a low 11.5 mm stack height and superior cornering clearance. The engagement mechanism does not rely on spring tension for retention, so you don't have to crank down a tension adjuster just to prevent inadvertent release.

Compatible shoes:
Zero Pedals are compatible with shoes allowing a 3- or 4-hole-mounting. Shoes that meet the 3-hole sole standard, are compatible with the included adapter. These include, inter alia, the following shoe brands: Adidas, Diadora, Gaerne, Fila, Lake, Look, Nike from 1997, Sidi, Specialized, Shimano SPD-SL.

Spare cleats for the Speedplay Zero pedals. Fit all standard 3-Hole and 4-Hole shoes. Using the enclosed 3-hole adapter results in a higher weight.

Speedplay's new Walkable™ Cleat technology for Zero pedals sets a new standard for user-friendly, off-the-bike functionality. Speedplay's Zero Aero Walkable™ Cleats are the first truly walkable™ cleats for road pedals. The integrated, rubberized covers stay on the cleats while you are riding. When walking, the covers improve traction and protect the cleats from wear. Additionally, the thin, contoured cleat profile allows for a more natural gait and makes walking in road shoes much less awkward.

In addition to these benefits, Cleat Buddies are handy plugs included with cleat sets for use when walking in dirty conditions. Cleat Buddies prevent debris contamination by fitting into the cleat's center cavity. When you are ready to ride, Cleat Buddies can be easily removed for riding and conveniently snap together to fit in a pocket or bag.
