The DURA-ACE C60 is the ideal wheelset for flatter courses and time trials, where aerodynamic efficiency and lateral stiffness are paramount. Its redesigned hub, stiffer spokes, and high-profile rim are specifically engineered to provide exceptional cornering performance, ensuring that all your energy is converted into forward motion.

Enhanced Design for Maximum Performance

Like the rest of the DURA-ACE wheel family, the new C60 was developed from scratch. Unlike the C36 and C50 models, the C60 features a specially designed front hub with Shimano’s OPTBAL 2:1 spoke pattern, increasing lateral stiffness for enhanced stability.

The C60 is equipped with thicker 1.8 mm spokes, compared to the 1.5 mm spokes used in other models. Tested extensively by professional athletes, the C60 focuses on delivering outstanding lateral stiffness, enabling sharper cornering and better maneuverability at high speeds.

The new wind tunnel-tested high-profile rims feature a faster, more stable cross-section, making them an excellent choice for time trialists, triathletes, and sprinters seeking maximum aerodynamic performance.
